Anthony is the Group CEO of Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies in Africa, responsible for the execution of the Gray family  philanthropy across the continent. 

He was the founding CEO of Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, whose 1700-strong Fellow  cohort have created businesses to the value of approximately R2bn.
