Henry is a Senior Fellow and full-time faculty at Lagos Business School (LBS, Nigeria. He is the Academic Director of the Global Chief Executive Programme at the School. 

Henry leads classes in Leadership, HRM and Organisational Behaviour at LBS. He was Director of Executive Education, MBA Director and Director of Alumni Relations at the School.
