My name is Advocate Lesego Oganne – Rayi. She holds an LLB and LLM (Mercantile Law) obtained from Wits University and University of Pretoria respectively. She is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates and Member of the General Bar. 

She has extensive experience in the energy and mining sectors as she has been employed in legal, risk and compliance advisory positions in both the private and public sectors  namely; the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA), Sasol Pty Ltd, Transnet SOC and Edcon Ltd, spanning over 16 years.

she recently joined Exxaro Resources as Legal and Risk Manager; this after completing pupilage and practicing as an Advocate at the Johannesburg Bar for 4 years.
