She is an optimist and enthusiast. She displays qualities of analytical thinking and strategic planning. She is energized to constantly enlarge her understanding of human behaviour and find sustainable solutions to effectuate authentic change. She has always had great compassion and a deep awareness of poverty and it’s unfairness, with the desire to make things better. As an Anti-corruption enthusiast, She intends to play her part and contribute towards curbing this, social evil. Her professional skillset also includes consulting on Employment Equity planning and submissions to the DoL.

She has gained over 13 years of experience in overall project management, business administrative duties, liaising with donors, fund-raising projects, and sourcing different monitoring agents (managing relationships, contracts, delivering on work from external service providers and partners under her projects), and providing evidence packages for BEE verification documents. The input/capturing company data on a complex Excel spreadsheet, analyze and produce evidence portfolio. She gained huge exposure as a liaison in the public and private sector by dealing with different stakeholders, under the B4I Trust. Hosting an annual gala’s among other promotional events (designing and organizing internal workshops, forums, briefing sessions, and conducting training on CSR initiatives and awareness/advocacy work for the trust) on behalf of our donors and being the master of ceremonies.
