Zingisa, an admitted attorney whose 2008 MBA research paper considered Socially Responsible Investing and Private Equity, supports companies with their Impact Investment frameworks, ESG policies and sustainability reporting. 

Zingisa is also a Senior Strategy Advisor in the Executive Office for Economic Development on a mega infrastructure project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that has sustainability at its core. 

She is Board Chairperson of Business and Arts South Africa, the Africa representative of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) International Standards Committee on nature based standards.
