Sustainability & ESG Africa Conference & Expo will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre from 30 September to 01 of October 2026

The Fifth annual Sustainability & ESG Africa Conference and Expo is the only gathering dedicated to advancing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in Africa. This two-day premier event taking place on 30 of September -01 October 2026, will bring together Industry leaders, policymakers, investors, innovators.

  1. Visit the Conference Website: On the home page, click tickets in the main menu.
  2. Choose Your Ticket Type: Select the ticket option that best suits your needs (e.g., Standard, Group Pass).
  3. Fill Out the Registration Form: Complete the form with your personal details and ticket selection.
  4. Select Your Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment option (EFT, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  5. Submit Your Registration: Click the “Submit” button to complete your registration.
  6. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and further event details. Note that the ticket will not be valid until payment is received. Immediate payments will receive a valid ticket and proof of payment

We use this information to administer your sponsorship or exhibition participation, process payments and invoices, coordinate event logistics, provide exhibitor and sponsor services, communicate important event information and deliver agreed sponsorship or exhibition benefits.

Where appropriate, exhibitor and sponsor information such as company name, logo, description and website may be displayed on our website, event materials, exhibition floorplan, programme, social media channels or other event-related promotional material as part of your participation.

At the Sustainability & ESG Africa Conference & Expo, exhibitors, sponsors and other authorised event partners may use badge scanning or lead retrieval technology to capture delegate information when interacting with attendees.

Delegates remain in control of whether their personal information is shared. Scanning a delegate badge should only result in their personal information being shared with the relevant exhibitor, sponsor or partner where the delegate has provided consent to do so.

Where a delegate consents to their badge being scanned, the information made available may include relevant registration details such as their name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number and other information provided as part of their event registration, subject to the information-sharing settings applicable to the event.

The information obtained through lead retrieval may be used by the exhibitor, sponsor or partner for legitimate business and networking purposes, including following up after the event, providing information about relevant products or services, and maintaining a professional business relationship.

Delegates who do not wish to share their information may decline the scan or select the applicable “No” / “Do Not Share” option where available. Choosing not to share information will not affect their ability to attend or participate in the event.

Where applicable, exhibitors, sponsors and partners who receive delegate information are responsible for handling that information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and their own privacy policies.

Important: Consent to share information with an exhibitor, sponsor or partner is separate from consent to receive that organisation’s future marketing communications. Where required, separate marketing consent should be obtained.

If you participate in the Conference as a speaker, moderator, partner, award entrant, finalist, workshop facilitator or other contributor, we may collect information necessary to manage your participation.

This may include your name, job title, company, biography, photograph, professional profile, presentation materials and other information supplied for event participation.

Relevant professional information may be used in Conference programmes, websites, social media, promotional materials and other communications relating to the event.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, submit an enquiry, register for an event or otherwise provide your details for marketing purposes, we may send you information about the Sustainability & ESG Africa Conference & Expo, related events, webinars, awards, opportunities, news and other relevant content where permitted by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending essential administrative or transactional communications relating to an event or service you have registered for.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
