Godfrey Nti

Godfrey Nti is an Entrepreneur, Business Leader, Strategy Consultant, and International Speaker with 22 years of distinguished experience. He is currently Chairperson of the International Association for Sustainable Economy Africa (IASE Africa) and Vice Chairperson of IASE Global, a leading global professional body setting standards for the ESG and sustainability professions.

Godfrey is also the founding director of GNN Strategy Consultants, specializing in comprehensive management and strategy consulting services. Previously, Godfrey led the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) as CEO from 2009 to 2018 and chaired the CEO Committee of the Global Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB).

His earlier roles include Group Accountant at the National Investment and Savings Bank (1999–2000) and Financial Director at De Montfort University South Africa (2001–2005). Godfrey holds a master’s level qualification in Management Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He also earned a higher diploma in African Political Economy from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute at the University of Pretoria.

Over the years, Godfrey has presented at many local and international seminars and conferences on topics ranging from best practices for developing professions to the impact of fintech on financial services and financial inclusion.
