Toyi is a seasoned banker with over 15 years of experience in Retail, SME, Corporate and Business Banking. He currently serves as the Head of Business Banking at CRDB Bank Plc and he has worked with top-tier institutions, including NMB Bank Plc and NBC Bank, as well as regional banks such as Ecobank and BancABC, part of Atlas Mara. Known for being revenue-driven and goal-oriented, Toyi is a bilingual expert in sales and marketing, particularly in driving innovation, executing new sales programs, and building strong teams to elevate organizational performance. He brings a strong retail, commercial, and business acumen to problem-solving and team optimization, while proactively developing new business strategies and ideas. His professional experience is complemented by a wide range of technical skills and competencies. Toyi holds an MBA in Corporate Management from ESAMI and a certification in the Executive Development Programme from Strathmore University. In addition, Toyi serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Tanzania Police Force’s sole corporation, which manages the business operations of the force in Tanzania.
